KATHERINE ALEXIS THOMAS is a New York City - based actress, currently represented by Chondra Profit, at Fire Starter Entertainment agency.
After doing her first local summer musical at the age of 7, in Kenosha, WI, Katherine found her calling in theatre. Throughout high school, she appeared on three MTI Student Edition concept recordings, including AIDA (Aida), RENT (Joanne), and SWEENEY TODD (Mrs. Lovett).
In 2012, Katherine obtained her BFA degree, in Musical Theatre, from The University of Michigan. She won a “Performer in a Supporting Role” Joseph Jefferson Award for her performance as Sarah in RAGTIME, with Chicago’s Griffin Theatre, in 2017. The next year, she was nominated a second time, after reprising the role in Marriott Theatre’s production of RAGTIME.
Accruing over 20 years of experience in the world of musical theatre and performance, Katherine is currently a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association.
